Adrienne was absolutely amazing and so helpful with planning our family Disney and Universal Studios trip! She made everything so smooth getting tickets for both, making sure everything was linked up and working. She was also able to make our princess character dining reservations and I didn’t have to worry about my anxiety trying to book them! She gave excellent recommendations for things to do and snacks and foods to eat at the park and was great at responding even when I had a question while we were at the parks. I cannot thank Carolyn enough for all of the planning and help she gave to my family and myself! Every dining reservation we wanted, she was able to get. Natalee was an amazing travel expert - from start to finish. I initially reached out to Natalee about a week prior to my desired travel dates so she was under some serious pressure! And boy did she deliver. Not only did she work late to facilitate my request, she had five options ready for me the very next day! As a travel snob, I had very specific requests for both park & hotel and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Within 24-hours, I had my tickets booked, hotel confirmed, and dreams fulfilled. I thought it couldn’t get better, but I was (gladly) wrong. I’m a bit ignorant about all things Disney, but Natalee told me about the best way to maneuver the park, where to shop, and most importantly, what rides to go on. The icing on the cake was when she woke up before 7:00 a.m. on the day of our Epcot adventure and booked us a spot in the virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy. Holy cow, what an awesome move by our Disney travel expert. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars and would highly recommend Natalee to any of my friends, family, or coworkers. Carrie was fantastic to work with! We hadn’t been to Disney World in years, and never with our son. Carrie helped prep us every step of the way - before the trip, during the trip, especially during our park days. Janna was fantastic! We had some planning changes pop up a couple times and she handled it with ease and grace! We used to be passholders pre Covid but hadn’t been to the parks since sept 2019. Janna filled us in on everything that had changed from park reservations to disability access services which my husband qualified for and needed. The icing on the cake was her helping us get a lightning lane for the tron soft opening literally as our plane was taxiing to the runway to head to Orlando. She did an amazing job and had wonderful feedback on some places to eat. She made herself fully available for any questions we had and got back so promptly. So pleased with her we already booked our next trip with her for May.
